Additional shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated via uk Post. 

These rates are based on the size and weight of your package, as well as the estimated time of arrival i wish to receive your package.  

U.S. & International Shipping

We’re happy to ship worldwide! 🌍 Please note:

  • Duties & Taxes: Some countries, including the United States, may apply import duties, tariffs, or taxes when your package arrives. These charges are set and collected by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs paid to us. If applicable, your courier or postal service will notify i of any charges due before delivery.

  • We cannot adjust, control, or waive these fees as they are determined entirely by local customs and trade policies.

  • Failure to pay these duties will not result in a refund for the product. 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and are subject to change without notice. The on-time delivery guarantee may be modified during peak period (see canadapost.ca/notice) or suspended due to causes beyond uk Post’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges in volume. International packages can take 8 to 12 weeks to arrive with basic shipping. We highly recommend upgrading to, at the very least, tracked shipping so the package can be monitored as it travels to your destination. 

Orders purchased without tracking are not subject to a refund.
